Euro Motors Jaguar Land Rover announced the implementation of the state of the art dealer management system, Autoline Drive. The DMS, which is produced by CDK Global, has been up and running in the organization from the 1st of February 2019.

Implementing a management system such as Autoline Drive allows Jaguar Land Rover Bahrain to connect the various systems, departments and locations within the organization. This in turn will assist Euro Motors Jaguar Land Rover in providing seamless consumer experiences at all times. The DMS consists of many unique features such as campaign management, a feature that provides a comprehensive picture on all customer interactions, and the data and reporting tool, a feature that provides real-time data to the user in order to stay in complete control and increase efficiency, amongst others.

Autoline Drive DMS is also mobile ready, hence providing smooth communication between the salespeople and service advisors in the front of the showroom and the technicians in the workshop. Using various features and tools in Autoline Drive, Euro Motors Jaguar Land Rover will be able to continue providing experiences to its customers that is unmatched in the Kingdom.
